Mr Martinez was prompt to arrive and very efficient in his work. I appreciated how he showed me exactly how he was checking my A/C unit to troubleshoot the issue. He patiently explained the steps that he was taking so I could see and understand exactly what was malfunctioning and had to be repaired/replaced. Once he determined the faulty part, he quickly replaced it. He was fair in his pricing and I was very satisfied with his work. I even asked him to show me how my voltmeter worked as I was not using it correctly. I appreciate that he was more than happy to do that for me.
