It been a while since we last had our vent checked and noticed our dryer isn’t working well compared before. I contacted DryerXpert Vent Cleaners last Thursday after my aging dryer started to smoke. I have a terrible schedule, so of course, I was thrilled when the technician arrived exactly on time. He was very friendly and even made a joke about how he was working to save my laundry from a fire drill. He understood pretty quickly that I was a little freaked out and calmed me down while he worked. The moment that really struck me was when he pulled this massive clump of lint out of the vent. It looked like a tiny tumbleweed and smelled like the outskirts of a dried-up riverbed, with the new bouncing dryer sheet scent barely covering the odor of burnt lint. I actually laughed out loud when he tossed it in a bag and said that it could've started a fire.
