I only need to pay half of deductible (while another half was credited by drypoint inc). Adam and Justin are so nice. My English is just second language and they are so patient to understand my describe. And we joked a lot. They help me do everything such as fill insurance form, call and answer insurance adjust team, give advice about living out and meal. If you have a first time with residence damaged, especially in Lilburn or Norcross area, I will prefer Drypoint and point out Justin and Adam for the best experience you would have.
