I have been using Southeast for my HVAC maintenance, and my technician, Trey, has been fantastic. He is professional, punctual, and always maintains great communication; I truly trust him to take excellent care of my system! Recently, I had the team replace my 20-year-old furnace and AC, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Greg provided a very competitive quote, and I really appreciated that the pricing was fair without compromising the quality of the units or the service. The installation itself went smoothly and was handled by Carlos' team with a high level of care. I highly recommend Southeast for both new installations and ongoing maintenance!

I recently had Joe out for some AC replacement quotes. He was very polite and upfront. Best of all, he didn’t attempt to upsale me and was VERY reasonable and transparent on pricing. I was given a few different financing options and opted for the 6 months no interest! System was installed today and I couldn’t be happier. The installation was very tidy and smooth. We set up a maintenance program with Southeast last year in an effort to start being more proactive with our system. Southeast has delivered on that program in identifying issues before they arise. While that's not always the best news, it's great to know I have a relationship with a company full of integrity and willing to help. The salesman, Greg, as well as the technician, Eric, were very knowledgable and made the process very easy. Then when it came to delivery, I received text message communication from the technicians and received next-day service. I'd recommend Southeastern to anyone.

To be honest, I usually don’t leave reviews, and part of me almost didn’t want to share this because this company is such a gem. They are truly outstanding. I had a couple of AC issues, and at no point did they pressure me into unnecessary repairs. Instead, they clearly explained what was most important to fix and showed me how I could work around the other issues. When I decided to move forward with the repair, they gave me a great deal. Even after the work was completed, I had a couple of follow-up issues, and every single time I called, they came out immediately and took care of it.
