Can’t say more good things about Drytec and John! Excellent work for excellent price compared to others. Even will tell you things you can do on your own to save yourself money rather than force things on you! John called/texted me on a sat with recommendations on things to do before I even paid him a dime. If I ever need anything done again at a new house I will be calling John!

No overhead of a large, too-many employee company, which allows for a quote HALF the price of Chattanooga area companies quoted me. Work was done quickly, expertly and professionally. Clear communication across the entire process of what to expect as they went. They removed all soiled insulation and old plastics, sprayed microbial growth, dug trenches, installed a sump pump and laid down thicker plastic along length of crawlspace. Also, while at my residence, they noted a very unstable set of aging wooden stairs. They offered to build a safer stair set with a handrail for the cost of materials and a minimum hourly rate. I called DryTec because I believed I had some foundation issues at my mother's house that needed to be addressed. John came out to assess the issues; he was incredibly honest and straightforward. Told me that it was all stable and normal settling and that I didn't need to have any foundation work done. He recommended that I hire a structural engineer just to confirm, which I will be doing. John was not interested in scaring me out of my money, which I know is a very popular tactic for some foundation companies. I greatly appreciate his knowledge and his time.
