He politely explained each step of the process, worked efficiently, managed the team and ensured everything was cleaned up and completed to a very high standard. In addition, Austin demonstrated respect for his coworkers, Gavin & Cody, ensuring that they had appropriate introductions to me. They both were polite and professional. I definitely recommend!

I had a great experience working with Ken Brown and Lookout Pest Control. They came over quickly and were able to immediately help me with the hornets nest issues I was having on my property. I would highly recommend working with them.

Mark was awesome. I wasn't able to be home on the initial treatment and he text me to say he would come early at 7am the next day to treat inside. He showed up the next morning on time, was kind and communicative. He even loved on the doggies and was very sweet to them.
