Andrew and his team were fantastic! We've been having issues with excessive heat in our attic for years. In the last 10 years I've replaced the exhaust fan twice. I decided to Google "attic fan installation" and came across DryTech with their nearly 700 5 star reviews. I contacted them and Andrew came out and did a complete assessment. He ended up recommending 4 "turbine vents". He let me know that due to the weather it might be a some time until they could do the job. Once the weather got warmer I was contacted with an installation date. (They also have an app to communicate through.) Matt initially came out to my house and looked all around and got underneath the roof to look for leaks from inside the house. He then provided a very fair estimate before leaving. I was very pleased with my roof replacement by DryTech Exteriors. Mr. Hugo Popper (DryTech Exteriors lead manager) was actively involved in all phases of the project to ensure the work was executed correctly and timely. The initial inspection was very thorough (both on the roof and in the narrow attic). Mr. Popper identified problem areas and was honest with the amount of damage found and what it would likely cost. The extent of the roof damage and issues created by outdated construction codes required a total roof tear off including the plyboard underlayment. Hugo was so compassionate and he was truly a blessing to work with, and Collin was so helpful with navigating the insurance. And although I didn't get all their names, Gabriel and the other gentlemen who actually installed the roof were very careful and courteous. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that Dry Tech Exteriors did on my house and shed roofs. I highly recommend this company for their honesty and professionalism.
