DryTech Restoration

We recently took out services from Dry Tech and did a basement restoration. While the job itself was taken care fine, the team at Drytech gave an original quote (verbally) for the work and the actual quote was more than double. When I contacted them back, their response was we did everything that was needed and since Insurance has approved the total value, I should not be concerned. Before scheduling with them, I would get an affirmative quote in writing (mistake I did) and then proceed forward.

During the extreme cold spell in early February 2026, my 2nd floor kitchen pipes froze and resulted in a water leak that traveled from the 2nd floor apartment down to the 1st floor apartment and then ultimately into the basement. It’s amazing how much water damage occurs! Most of the damage was on my 1st floor apartment…the ceiling, sheetrock, insulation, cabinets, etc…all affected! Not knowing who to call, I called several plumbers…most didn’t want to take on the job that would tie them up for weeks. I happened to call A.J Perri. I have used DryTech company twice when my basement flooded and had a leak. They did an excellent job cleaning up and taking the damaged walls out. They disinfected everything and all areas was dried with a fan for days! Wilfredo and Eddy were excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. They were respectful of our property in the basement and our home!

Lorenzo and Jack came over to take out the shower floor and dry the whole area atfected by a water leak. They were incredibly professional from start to finish. The team at DryTech did a great job on my basement. Dean was very meticulous planning out all the details and explaining everything. Lorenzo and Jose were true professionals during the cleanup. They made sure all my belongings were covered up and protected and when they were done the area was clean and fresh.
