Our central Air went out on the hottest day of the year (of course) he came out and quickly identified the issue & had us cool in no time. He was very pleasant to interact with. He also works with the Home Serve insurance and all we paid was the $25 service call fee.

D coached me through how to use the furnace to keep my home warm until the part arrived. Again, D was prompt and efficient once the part arrived.
