D&S Appliance repair

I have no complaints other than not being clear on who military discount applies too. I spoke to Mr.Darryl on at least 3 different occasions and mentioned services being for our renters. Upon payment he stated that the military discount only applies for repairs for individuals who live in the home and are getting repairs. So, I would suggest a more clear and concise explanation of your MD policy.

Mr. Darryl Stutts was wonderful. Prompt, professional, so friendly and helpful, efficient and sooooo reasonable!!! Thank you for fixing my dryer!!! Cleaned it vacuumed it repaired it so quickly!!!! It’s old but worth having it repaired.

Easy to set up an appointment, and was able to diagnose and repair my fridge at a cheaper price compared to everyone else. Punctual and easy to talk with. Would definitely recommend.

My dryer was making an unholy screaming noise, so I Googled appliance repair in the Temple area. D&S had decent reviews, so I decided to give them a call. The technician was friendly and professional on the phone and was able to book a next-day appointment with me. He even got there early. The morning he arrived was wet and muddy, and he stopped to put covers on his work shoes before entering my place - something I hadn't even thought of. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with the dryer and get it fixed. I think it took about an hour. He even used a shop vac to suck out a huge chunk of lint that had become lodged in the dryer and recommended a better vent for me. After moving into our new home and hooking up our fridge we had an issue with it not cooling. I called numerous appliance repair companies in the area and Darryl was the only one that answered his phone! My husband and I were able to troubleshoot the problem but we wanted to make sure we were on the right track so he came out right at the day/time we scheduled.
