D&S replaced a countertop in my kitchen. It looks fantastic, price was lower than I expected, crew was professional and quick!

I hired D&S carpentry to install laminate countertops in my Airbnb rental. I waited several weeks for them to come and do the job and when they showed up the roll of laminate that they brought was 4 inches too short on the width (which made no sense because they had the measurements for several weeks). So Darcy’s Installers said they couldn’t do the job because they didn’t bring the right size laminate! My 6 Airbnb guests we were without countertops for several weeks and now Darcy, the owner was claiming they had to order new Laminate (And the first time it took several weeks, supposedly to get the order)! Darcy tells me on the phone that it’s going to cost $400 more for only adding 4 inches in the width of a counter that’s only approximately 8 feet long. Laminate doesn’t cost that muc

Had our kitchen redone, been over a year and have called numerous times to get them to come back and finish the project. Have spoken to the receptionist twice and have left at least 3 voicemail. Again no response or return call. The bar that goes above the dishwasher missing, the screen below the sink missing, holes throughout the top cabinets underneath not filled and writing of measurements everywhere. They also took off my floor trim and never put them back on. For a very expensive custom job you'd think this company would have more pride in their work and customer service. I would not recommend them. Let's see if they ever finish this job. Looking doubtful...

Laminated the countertops in two of my rentals and did an excellent job. I was out of town and had to review products and correspond via email and they made it very easy. They showed up on time and finished the work in a few hours. Looks great, and two years later stills looks good. Highly recommend.

What a disappointment. When replacing the cabinets in the kitchen, they never made the appropriate notches for the kitchen sink to be mounted to and never replaced the piece for the dishwasher to be mounted to. The dishwasher is supposed to be stationary. Instead, it pulls out from the cabinets now when it is opened and tips whenever there are any dishes in it. The sink was not able to be clamped in like it was supposed to be and could only be glued in. They cut the counter tops too short so they used tile grout to fill in the gap which still has spots where it did not fill in. Also they used a color that comes no where close to matching the colors in the kitchen. They left a big spot on the wall after removing some tile instead of touching it up with paint. It is just unacceptable work fo
