DS Lawn Care

We have been in our house roughly three years and have used DS Lawn Care for our landscaping and lawn maintenance the entire time. They've always provided outstanding work. Recently we decided on doing some hardscape expansion and I worked with Greg at DS to plan out a new patio for our back yard. I wanted to share my experience as I couldn't be happier with the outcome. After deciding we were going to build a patio and seating wall out of pavers, Greg got his team assembled and right to work. His crew was on time each morning and were so professional and convenient, not only for us, but also for our neighborhood. Greg has been ignoring me for over a year. They never finished the job, let things die, then didn’t honor their guarantee that came with the sprinkler system. Now they’ve disappeared from their office. Complete trash for follow through on their work.

Offered decent pricing up front so we hired them for some drainage work. Was told we’d be put on the schedule but never given a date. 2 weeks later workers show up and start working, then leave without letting us know or going over what they did. I had to go back and fix mistakes they made and when I tried to contact them about the issues with the installation I was ignored. I would not use them again or recommend their services. Extremely poor customer service from Jeff.

Do not recommend! In just one season they have ruined our landscaping! All the bushes and trees are dying. They can’t get crews here on a timely basis! And we pay them well!!

We hired this company to do complete lawn care and maintenance on our lawn. The first time around they did not edge the yard in all places. It was sloppy work. We brought this up to the owners attention and he said he'd come out and look at the work and assured us it wouldn't happen again. He never came out to look at the work. The following week they butchered some of the edging leaving 2 inches of dirt and other places didn't edge at all. I again brought this up to the owner and he got offensive and rude. We've never worked with any company who was this sloppy and unwilling to resolve any problem. And their "friendly rates" are the same as other companies so no benefit there.
