DSR is consistently responsive and prompt. This week we were able to make an unscheduled appointment for the very next day in preparation for doing work under our house. Colton was also willing (as usual) to answer all of my questions about how to deter various pests plus offer additional information and point out things I hadn't noticed. Bought a new house and it came with truckload of new problems with bugs from Termites, bark and other scorpions, and anything in between (10 inch centipedes), and rodents. After being stung by a bark scorpion, we switched from a company that could NOT handle the problem after a year. 6 months with DSR having Colten as our tech. Now, it's rare to find anything around the house. 100% customer satisfaction. I wouldn't look anywhere else.

DSR has been doing my pest treatment for a few years now. They have been extremely reliable and punctual in their work. Every month I receive a text message reminding me that they will be there, which has been great so I can make arrangements to get into my house. Any unexpected pest issues (like pack rats) that pop up, I call Steve and all of a sudden, the issue disappears. I highly recommend.
