DTC Air Conditioning & Heating

This outfit is both unreliable and dishonest. Several weeks ago I discovered that they owed me a refund which they then acknowledged, and promised to provide to me. In the ensuing weeks I have had to call no less than three times to remind them of this outstanding debt, but I have still to receive my refund. If this company cannot do the small and simple things right and keeps breaking their commitments, surely they are not to be trusted to do any maintenance or repairs on one's home. My recommendation is to avoid doing any kind of business with them whatsoever.

DTC has been providing our HVAC support for the last couple of years. They are dependable, knowledgeable and professional. Our last service with Kevin was amazing. He went above and beyond to solve the issue.

It is not often these days that you can “celebrate” your HVAC system going out! Especially in Central Texas, IN AUGUST!! I use the word celebrated because our “trial by fire” (Texas heat), in our home caused by lightning striking the HVAC vent on the highest point of our house and burning out both A/C systems, led us to discover THE BEST company for heating and air conditioning sales/services. DTC was a lifesaver! At 9:30 at night I discovered a puddle of water in my hallway with water dripping from the air return in the ceiling. I called the company hoping to get a call back Saturday morning. DTC technician Richard, Called me back 15 minutes later. I was instructed to turn the unit off and he was at my home the next morning and fix the problem. I have had this company for five years, and I’ve always had outstanding customer service.

We were very impressed and thankful for the same-day, fast yet thorough and friendly service Michael provided. DTC Air Conditioning & Heating responded within an hour of our call and provided a reasonable price for the maintenance provided. It seemed Michael truly cared about us and the excellent service he provides customers. Definitely keeping DTC on our first call list!
