Said his work was guaranteed for a year. Wood that he replaced started rotting after 3 months. Work was done in Oct 23. Between March 24 and June 24 he kept promising he would come back because all work was guaranteed for a year. It is now August and I haven’t heard from him. He ran off with my $7K. Don’t hire unlicensed contractors.
