The young man that showed up didn’t extremely wonderful job. It took pride in his work you could tell. I’m extremely happy in the job that was done three hours later all the carpet in the whole house was clean. He got stains out. I didn’t think you could. It was amazing. just a couple of pictures there’s a lot more but I’m very very happy

Eric, the technician who did the duct cleaning, was extremely friendly, courteous and answered any questions I had about the process. He also took before and after photos so I could see what he was working with and what the post clean up looked like. Wow. What a difference. I suspected it may be a little dirty with the house being as old as it is, and having gone through a few renovations, and all the pets through the years, but had no idea just how bad it had gotten. Thank you Eric and Steamatic, I will definitely share the great experience with others.

Great job!!! Nicholas was fantastic!!! Professional and courteous, yet polite and friendly!!! He took his time to do it right to ensure customer satisfaction and explained possible safety issues (slip and fall) walking from a damp carpet onto our LVF… (we’re older folks) … I know we’ll ask for him again when needed.. I highly recommend asking for Nicholas personally!!

Tim did the cleaning of our ducts. He was friendly and explained what he would be doing and how long it would take. He took pictures and a video of our ducts. Tim did an excellent job.

I called Dubuque Steamatic to help me clean my dryer vent because it is very long, twisted, and in a difficult location for me to reach behind my furnace. Both Tim, my technician, and the office team were all absolutely wonderful to work with and did a great job getting the job done. I will definitely call them again for help in the future!
