Please keep in mind, they give discounts to those who leave good reviews. They have a subscription based model and will charge you randomly even when you don't have a scheduled appointment. The cancellation process is awful, and managers Angela and Brittany are NOT helpful. Also, I dont think it works... I still dont see a difference in the amount of spiders in the basement and there was a new type of pest found in our garage. BEWARE if you choose to move forward with Fenix Pest Control! ITS A SCAM!

Fenix service is great. Caleb arrived and worked around my dogs, was professional, and cordial. He provided exceptional service and ensured all concerns were addressed. Separately, Fenix has always been responsive to come out and address any concerns between services free of charge. Excellent service.

Brendyn Dooley is the technician that services my home. He is always very professional and takes the time to listen to my concerns. I have been very happy with Fenix Pest Control but having a technician like Brendyn is what keeps me as a customer!!! Keep up the good work!

Fenix is solid! Steven C. Did a great job for me today. Always courteous and friendly. They take their time doing all the areas and making sure our needs are being met. It’s easy to be on the auto schedule too; stress free scheduling and easy communication.

Fenix has been great. I was a bit confused about the different plans they offer, and Jenna was so patient and kind and explained it all to me. She also helped me reschedule a service in an already short time frame. She was wonderful to work with and I’m looking forward to the pest control service next week.
