Duck Creek Pool Installation

The previous owners installed the pool liner by themselves after firing the installer. There were huge wrinkles and footprints throughout. I called the original installer and they explained what happened and wouldn’t take on the job. I contacted Ray the owner of Duck Creek, he was very professional over the phone and the quote was more than reasonable! The day of install they were extremely kind, clean, and efficient. We are very pleased with their work!! The best all around. I highly recommend this company and working with Ray. Thanks for the great experience

Closed my pool for the season and noticed a slow leak in the liner. Ray walked me through the process on the telephone & was upfront about all costs and services. On the day of replacement Ray & his team were efficient and friendly. They truly care about their reputation. The liner upgrade looks even better than the original installation. Ray & his crew was on time very knowledgeable and professional about installation of my 15x30x54 oval salt water swimming pool.. My Daughter and I was able to swim the same day. The only issue was contacting him for questions that I had before the installation of the pool. He was a subcontractor for the pool drs.
