Amazing company! The customer service and professionalism is top notch. After having my AC unit breakdown a few weeks ago, I called a big name company that sold us a new unit a few years ago. Well, after coming out the tech tried to overcharge and upsell me into a $2,000 job. I immediately started looking for someone else and someone referred my wife to Pleasant. They came out and estimated the job for $500, AND educated me on the parts and repair so I could be more informed if I ever have trouble again. A true rare service provider in this day and age.

This company is amazing! We have been without consistent a/c for awhile. I called a larger company who charged me a fee just to come out but did not have the Freon for my unit on their truck. I immediately called Pleasant Heating & Air Conditioning and they came out within 2 hours and filled my a/c unit! They were prompt and extremely professional! Thank you for saving us from another day of misery!

Our air conditioner broke at 4:30 pm on a Thursday evening. I called Fletcher's heating and air for the 4th time in the last few years and was told they had no availability because they only had one tech maxed out on 4 jobs. Of course I proceeded to tell them I have an elderly father-in-law in our house, an autistic child, and a pregnant wife and temps are reaching 90 degrees. They said they still couldn't help me because they only have one tech and he needs to go home at some point. I then proceeded to call 7 other companies and they either didn't have after hour availability or I was sent to voicemail. This company is amazing. Just awesome service. Our unit shut down last evening (92 outside). Called, they answered their phone and gave me an 8AM next day appointment for today. Showed up on time, fixed the problem quickly for $189.00, checked our system out and told us we can still get more out of the unit without trying to sell us a new one. We will now use them for all our heating and a/c. Shaun is so great to deal with. Please keep in mind, we had a warranty with American Home Shield, they were our first phone call and they got us with a company in New Castle (not even local) for a July 26th appointment. 2 weeks out with no a/c. Needless to say, our American Home Shield is now cancelled. Thanks Shaun for your amazing and professional service , we greatly appreciated it...

Great service. Shaw came out to check my AC. I was told by another company that I had a Freon leak and needed a new unit. Shaw throughly checked for leaks and verified the temperature at the registers. He gave me the good news that my unit was OK. Thanks Shaw. I apologize I forgot his wife’s name who was part of the team and also did fantastic work.
