Vinny is professional and courteous. He knows his stuff very well. He did an awesome job at installing two brand new AC units in my house. Reasonably priced. Work completed in a timely manner. Last Saturday, November 15th, I found myself in an emergency situation with my tenant’s heat not staying on or reaching the target temperature, even though the furnace is brand new. Vinny responded the same day, and before he even arrived, he already had a strong idea of what the issue was just from the video I sent him. When he showed up, he diagnosed and fixed the problem in literally 15 minutes. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and extremely informative throughout the entire process.
