I called Ducote’s just to ask the price to change out a hot water heater. Eric quoted me a price and worked everything out to make it happen today. He responded quickly and was very personable. I was very happy with the service. I will definitely call Ducote’s again.

Had a plumbing issue come up on a Saturday and called Eric for a weekend emergency. He came out same day within a few hours, which was a relief. Eric was honest, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. For it being a weekend call, the price was very reasonable. Good, solid work—we’ll definitely call Eric again if we need anything else.

Eric was exceptional. He arrived on time and immediately knew the issue with my hot water heater once he arrived. He replaced my gas control valve.

I had a water leak at the New Year holiday and Eric came right out and handled the job within an hour. Very professional and knowledgeable and reasonable price. Then I had a couple of issues that came up first of March, things that wasn’t an emergency. Eric put me on his schedule and came out within a couple of days. Again top notch service. Professional, knowledgeable and so reasonable $$ on the pocket book! I was expecting high $$ for the holiday call out but No! He charged us a decent rate!
