TruGreen Weed Control of Baton Rouge

I just had my first lawn treatment service with TruGreen. The technician, Reginald Green, was very polite and professional. He introduced himself upon arrival, applied the treatment, and then discussed it with me to see if I had questions and to ensure I was satisfied. I am very pleased with my initial service from TruGreen and Mr. Green.

Kevin is very knowledgeable about lawns and lawn care. He knocked on my door and made some recommendations for shaded areas where grass does not grow, types of grass and ground cover, time of year to plant, and additional services to help my lawn flourish. This is the type of value that associate with great service! Thank you for taking time and offering advice , I appreciate it.

Things were good at first the price was great and it was actually more expensive to do it myself and all my weeds and clovers went away, fast forward about a year my grass had serval dead patches and some spot the grass was completely gone just dirt at this point it was still cold out so my neighbors grass hadn't come back up yet either but there's still looked different (different shade of brown different feel) when spring rolled around their grass started coming back mine still was all dead and patches that had no grass at all, when I call the customer service was always nice but they took no accountability and said my yard needed to levels or maybe my grass had a fungus, they also gave the option to lay down more seeds, but I knew the issue was due to something they sprayed because eve

John applied fertilizer and insecticide to the trees and shrubs in my yard last week. He is great. Very friendly, does a thorough job, and is happy to answer any question I have. Highly recommend.

This is my first treatment, I will monitor the effectivness of these treatments and Raye accordingly. Thanks Kevin R. I hope to see the weeds gone before summer. Put down some good weed killer.
