Duct Diagnostics

The team at Duct Diagnostics did an excellent job servicing my two HVAC units. The entire team from start to finish was super friendly, and answered all my questions regarding the process in which they would clean the vents. The whole process took about 6 hours, in which they thoroughly cleaned the vents, the HVAC returns, and even the grates themselves on the floor and ceiling. The team provided before and after photos, and I was shocked at both how dirty the vents were, and how well they looked after the job was done After the team was finished, I immediately noticed that the air was cleaner and fresher. I would absolutely use Duct Diagnostics again!

We just had our ducts cleaned today and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. The crew, Bobby and John, did a meticulously thorough and clean job. Both were most courteous and pleasant individuals. It really showed they knew what they were doing. The company, Duct Diagnostic , LLC, was highly recommended by our AC company and we’re are very pleased with the outcome. They are expensive, but worth it. Highly recommended.

The team was courteous and professional. They arrived on time and described what needed to be done at our house. They put drop cloths over surfaces where they would working to keep our space clean. It all began about 3 months ago after a presentation at Duct Diagnostics in Milford, CT when 2 ceu's were being earned by CT Association of Home Inspectors (CAHI) member Tom Morgan. "These guys are great". Tom convinced me to have my ducts cleaned in my 1910 house. It made sense. I am the 4th or 5th owner of the house, and my guess is prior owners never had the ducts cleaned.
