This was my first time getting my dryer vent cleaned. I’ve had my LG washer and dryer for about 3 years now so I knew I was long overdue. Out of all the business that came up from a Google search, the reviews and rating for Duct Dudes stood out to me so I decided to give them a call. The young lady who answered the phone (I think her name was Katie…or Evie) was very polite, professional and helpful as I explained this was my first time getting the service. Ismael and Pablo showed up to do the service. They were extremely polite and professional. They explained the job to me, had to move my stackable washer and dryer out of the way in order to access the dryer vent behind it & had to shorten the vent hose as it was too long. First of all, this is not below $200 air duct cleaning service. It's not cheap and you get what you paid for. It lasts for 3-5 years. Overall, their service was superior to other home service businesses I have used. Pro 1. Equipment: With truck mounted Honda GX 630 engine for vacuum and Castair air compressor (said 2000 psi?! I doubted) both generated quite powerful airflow in and out, which is the number one key for this job. Their equipment was professional grade! 2. We ordered air duct plus dryer vent cleaning appointment with Duct Dudes. The process was very smooth throughout for about 2 hours including setting and wrapping up. I don't know where to begin.... We contacted Tom this past holiday weekend and explained how important a thorough cleaning and sanitization was to us. He totally understood and called some of his staff and had our house completely cleaned on Easter Sunday! David and Genaro were a pleasure to work with. They explained everything that they were going to do and went right to work. They were neat, organized and thorough. When they left the house smelled clean and sanitized. Very pleased with this service. Hassan and Pablo cleaned my air ducts and dryer vent in less than 2 hours. They cleaned up and were careful about my cats and not letting them out. Totally recommend. Before and after pics.
