This is undoubtedly one of the coldest winters we have seen in a long time. Naturally, our heat decided to konk out when it felt like -5 degrees outside. I called Temp Control first thing this morning. I immediately was greeted with a friendly helpful representative. I was already preparing myself for the possibility of having to wait a few days until someone can assess our problem. I was also fully expecting pay whatever fees Temp Control would dictate, as having a heated home for our family is essential. Shai did our furnace install 13 years ago (still going very strong, we haven’t had any issue with it since), so we called them a few years ago when our very old central air unit failed, their team came out, for just the service fee, they repaired it and gave it another few years. We really do appreciate that at the time since money was tight. Since then he and his team handled a/c and 2 other furnace replacements for us. They take a lot of pictures and document properly, and the work is top notch. They also leave the place cleaner than they found it. I had an emergency on Super Bowl Sunday where my furnace would not run for more than 2 minutes. I called the number and Shai responded promptly. He was very polite and professional. The pricing was more than reasonable and I will 100% use again if I have any HVAC issues. Would highly recommend.
