In September we had our ducts cleaned by Warren with Ductworks and are extremely happy with the service and quality of work. We are the 2nd owners of this house and I'm guessing in 20+ years they have never been cleaned. We were able to find an appointment quickly and easily. I appreciated the ease of scheduling. We received a call ahead of time confirming the appointment and Warren arrived promptly. He walked me through the process, how long it would take and what I should expect. He finished right on time and showed me some before and after photos. I can't believe that was in our ducts! The house instantly felt cleaner. Ductworks recently cleaned our two heating systems (39 ducts) and provided excellent service! The promptness, courtesy and skill of their technictians (Yudin & Maksym) made us feel very confortable with them in our house and removed 20 years of buildup. Javier arrived on time. Explained the entire procedure to us and began to work He never took a break. He is definitely a credit to his trade and to DuctWorks. Extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. His work ethic and attention to detail is second to none. I can’t think of a rating high enough to equate to his enthusiasm and professionalism. We had purchased our current home in 2020 from the before and after photos it was apparent the service was long over due. Our dryer duct system proved to be a challenge and we strongly believe if not for Javier’s determination to insure it was cleaned and safe we feel strongly that it would have caused a fire. Javier came out to clean our dryer vents and did an excellent job. He’s a young guy but very knowledgeable and clearly knows what he’s doing. He explained everything clearly and worked efficiently. On top of that, he has great customer service skills and was very professional throughout the visit. I’ll definitely be using Ductworks again in the future.

I was extremely impressed by the job done by Luis V. He was on time, professional and friendly. The ducts and vents were practically shining by the time he got done with them.
