My wife and I work hard at keeping our house clean and this company helped keep it that way. Tom personally managed the job with Jason. They were friendly and careful, thoroughly cleaning the supply and return ducts. After the furnace was returned to service, our two highly sensitive portable air purifiers detected no impurities. Their worked passed the test! The cost was hundreds less than the last duct cleaning that was done by a company that did the cleaning when they installed our new furnace and heat pump. I am a demanding client with all contractors yet I recommend Ductworks without reservations.

Tom and Shawn were wonderful to work with. Tom clearly explained to me how the entire process works and was even able to overcome a somewhat challenging scenario with the limited access to the inside of our furnace. They were incredibly professional and efficient. Highly recommended!!

This is the second time we used this amazing professional company. We moved and called to set up an appointment and they fit us in within 2 weeks. They walked in and the first thing they did was introduce themselves to us. They gave a full explanation of the procedure. They meticulously worked in our home as if it was their home cleaning every thing and again explaining it to us. We will recommend them to anyone who asks for a Duct cleaning company.

Tom was fantastic. So pleasant and accommodating on the phone. He got us scheduled within a week of my call, was honest about pricing. Came all the way out to Stow for us and did not disappoint. Walked me through the whole process, very understanding about our pets and accommodated everything we needed.
