Excellent reasonably-priced service. Most importantly, Stuart really knows locks and old door knobs. My front door deadbolt was jammed, and, as it turns out, broken. Stuart was able to install a new deadbolt into my front door lock, without having to replace the entire lock. He also tightened the hinges on the door, which had been causing some misalignment. He even repaired the front door lever without charge. He corrected the alignment of the inner vestibule door strike and repaired my bathroom knob. Highly recommend because he is honest and competent.

Really impressed with how quickly they got someone out to our house. The woman in the office was very helpful and kind. The locksmith communicated very well, showed up promptly, was friendly, and took care of everything without any issue. Great experience overall, especially given the circumstances. Would definitely recommend.

Stuart came when he said he would, and fixed the various lock problems quickly, and charged a reasonable price.

If I could give a 10 out of 5 I would! I had quite literally gone to 4 other places that did not have a key blank available of the 1970s front door key for my parents' home. Not only did they have 1 available, but the 3 I really wanted to have. I needed copies after my father passed recently, and the lady there was just so kind and compassionate. I will forever be going to The Lock Guy for any key/lock need from now on and will send everyone I know there. I hope they stay in business for many more years to come, as they are a definite asset to our community!
