Very professional company. The CEO Jody is very caring and knowledgeable! I’m glad I called these guys to take care of my hood vent needs!!! I will be using DUCTZ HOOD VENT SERVICES again!!!

Do not use these people to clean your ducts. Not even a year later, I am having to change out alll of my ducts due to mold. Right after they came, I had to get someone to come and clean the plenum because of all the dirt they blew in it.

I can’t recommend Ductz enough! Our original service was scheduled for 11/2 at 8am; however, their truck broke down while they were en route. They called me before 8 to let me know they might not be able to make it out to service our ducts. However, after hours of sitting on the side of the interstate the guys made it out to my house. They inspected everything and told us it was a minimum 6 hour job and it was up to us if we wanted them to go ahead and get started or reschedule. We decided to reschedule because by that point it would’ve put them working until late into the night. Amazingly enough, they were able to fit us in the next day and arrived back to my house the morning of 11/3 and got started right away. I hired these guys in December 2021. They were able to get me in quickly. The young guy that came to my house was very courteous and a great job. There was a minor hiccup with some damage to my yard, but Ductz remained professional and repaired the problem in a timely manner. I would recommend them for your next duct cleaning.

We had the service of cleaning our AC vents and dryer vents at our personal home. They came out and did a walk through of our house and said they would put down sheets and no debris or large particles would leave a mess inside our house. Well they did! They blew out our vents and it came inside our house and they didn’t even clean it up. It’s like they shook the sheets on our white carpet when they were done and then left the mess for us to clean up. This company was expensive to higher and I expected them to be more professional and leave no trace they were present at our house. They also didn’t bring a new air filter (again for the price we paid) I would expect them to provide one. So we had to go get our own new filter and install it back ourselves.
