Great experience! My tech (Bill) let me know when he was on his way and what time to expect him. He was very professional, efficient, and kept me informed of the process as he went along. He was very kind and thoughtful to talk with my daughter who had lots of curious questions. The whole process from start to finish was very professional. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this company!

I had my service done February 23rd. The techs were very friendly and professional. They clearly explained the service and provided a detailed recap once they were complete. They provided before and after work pictures. It was nice to be able to see how bad it was before and how clean was once they were finished. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again!

Service was excellent! I believe our service man’s name was Doug. He explained everything really well! He did a great job! Very prompt and timely! Very professional! Cleaned everything up perfectly when he was done! No mess left over! I will continue to use this company in the future! We were very satisfied! I highly recommend them. Doug cleaned our 2 dryer vents and all our heat ducts. Wonderful job!

Ductz came out today to take care of our much needed duct cleaning. The gentlemen were very kind and made sure to follow all their protocols for our home to make sure it was well cared for while doing their job today. Thank you Jeremy & Javiven for taking care of our dust bunnies..LOL oh, and thank you Travis Wiley for educating my wife and I on how this will help with allergies and less dust for us to breathe every day.

Our technician called ahead to say he was running ahead of schedule and asked if it would be OK for him to arrive 45 minutes early. That was great by us. He arrived and was very engaging and friendly. He put covers over his shoes so he wouldn’t track snow into the house. He explained what he was going to do, and then proceeded to do it in a very thorough manner. We were very pleased with the job!
