Duell Construction

We could go on and on about how great Duell Construction is. We had an idea for an addition, and they helped brainstorm, plan and then build something that is better than we ever dreamed. Thanks to their excellent communication and high standards, the process was very enjoyable.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Ben and his entire crew were great to work with. He turned a sorely neglected 1930 office building into a beautifully stunning space that I'm incredibly proud to work in. When I bought the building, I had a vision for what I hoped the end result could look like, but really had no idea how to accomplish it. From Day 1 and throughout the whole project the guys were able to walk me through the details, giving quality recommendations, and always kept our budget in mind. They even allowed us to put some sweat equity into the building in order to save some funds and ultimately come in under budget. These guys are about as trustworthy as they come and I would certainly hire them for any future projects.

Duell Construction did a fantastic job finishing our basement. Communication was great and construction quality was as good as it gets. I would say that their standards for their work exceeded ours and it was impressive to stick with it until they were satisfied. Look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Multiple sources had recommended Duell construction to me as a top contractor in Manhattan, They replaced 10 interior doors in my house, and widened 3 of them. This was a challenge because my house is 60+ years old and it has uneven floors. Everything about this company was very professional. Great working team, attention to detail, and high degree of organization. The new doors are beautiful!

We recently did some work with Ben and Duell construction restoring a roof in the Manhattan area. Ben and Duell construction demonstrated great communication and character through out the entire process. They are a fantastic company from top to bottom. I would highly recommend them for all of your high end remodeling needs in the Manhattan area and beyond. 100% 5 stars!!!
