I had a real streak of bad luck—starting with a brand new fridge I bought from Webstaurant that came with a faulty compressor. The warranty company sent out Duffy AIS, and I’m so glad they did. Tony Fire, the tech, was amazing! He diagnosed the issue right away, and as soon as the part came in, he had it swapped out fast—now it runs like a dream. Then, my walk-in cooler at my other business started acting up right before St. Patrick’s Day. I called Duffy again and Tony came out, got it running smoothly, and got our drafts flowing just in time for the holiday rush. To top it off, a reach-in freezer made by a completely different manufacturer went down—again, different warranty company, but lucky me, Duffy AIS and Tony were sent back out. Just to come out to your store it’s $400, just for travel. Never heard of such a thing. They’ve had to come out 5 times now for my same unit. Actually two different ones. It’s like they don’t even know what they’re doing.

Duffys has gotten so much better since merging with AIS. I can say the same for.AIS with Duffys. These 2 companies separately were not so great but together they have made amazimg changes and they are pretty great!!

This is the most unprofessional business out there and nobody shoule use thiscompany sending technicians out that says never worked on ovens vefor stood on phone for hour and half to get rescheduled and then charge for that same 2 hours he ended up not doing anyth8ng saying got send another technichian out very un professional and dont care about customer satisfaction they all about money especially the ms goody goody who on phones she attitude issues and dont care if loose customers either theis company as crooked as they come
