As the reviews say if you want to get ripped off call this company. $500 charge for them to pull the plug, wow. Terrible service and terrible service after the call. 2nd time calling this company, never again.

Excellent and efficient service. Vlad did work for my fiance and I, and he works very hard and does a great job. Duffys always calls or shows up when they are supposed to and that is crucial when owning your own business and little problems arise that you cant control. Can't say enough good things.

If you want to be ripped off, choose this company. Fixed a pizza warmer for me, parts that should be about $50 bucks were $120, $450 dollars in travel time and labor at $104 per hour. Job took 1 hour.

My husband and I own a small commercial refrigerator in our home.. we never New it’s real value until it died !! when it stopped working we call 6 businesses to try and get service .. Duffy’s was the only company certified by Bev Air to agree to service at a residential address .. they arrived the very next day !! The technician was professional and stayed on task to troubleshoot and fix the unit.. his skill level surpasses my husbands knowledges of refrigeration in 10 min of his arrival.. ( husband holds an MS degree). He had every tool readily available in the service van.. from removing old refrigerant .. soldering new adaptors .. pressure testing system .. checking for leaks, vacuuming all moisture out of cooling lines , charging system with new coolant ..adding leak detect ( if it e

I didn’t try their service. but they are charged extremely High price in the area, $119 per hour plus $79 travel plus ..... that ripe off. I don’t think I am gonna let them .
