I moved into a house with wall to wall white carpet. Having 2 dogs, I needed more than my own routine maintenance to keep the carpets clean. I looked for and chose the closest business to my address and am very pleased with the result. From initial contact, estimates to cleaning the team was professional and pleasant. I recommend them to anyone in the Sauquoit valley as your local alternative to “Stanley Steamer”. You can tell they’ve been at this for a long time- for good reason.

Our family has been using this service for over 30 years.. professional friendly and reliable... you couldn't ask for more. I recently needed my carpets cleaned at a home I was selling.. there was a time issue but Gary made time and took care of me. His people are professional and do no damage to your home as they do their work. They removed every stain in my carpet, leaving it looking as if it was brand new. If you are looking for a carpet or Furniture claims specialist..... then look no further.

Just had our carpets cleaned. Can't say enough about this business. The guys went above & beyond. They even put booties on their shoes! My only regret is I haven't used Gary Falchi Carpet service in the past but I will continue to!
