This guy named Botch was very rude to us, we came in the wrong side and started screaming to get out and he starting faking saying we were saying stuff to him which wasn’t true, he doesn’t deserve his job if his not going to do it correctly. He didn’t even let us stay in and denied to let us park inside meanwhile Other customers came in and he took them right away.
Boch is very rude. If you (especially you) or your car do not match the neighborhoods demographics, be prepared to be treated horribly. Ended up finding another garage that is pricier but treated as a human.
Parked our car here for two nights while visiting for the weekend and every attendant and supervisor we talked with was very kind and professional, couldn’t recommend it more!
Worse EVER! Bosh is INCREDIBLY RUDE!! EVERY SINGLE DAY!
So rude.
