I highly recommend Duggan’s for your HVAC needs. They have been my go-to company for several years. They are very fast to respond if you need immediate help, and you will be working with an experienced technician and not a salesman. They were the first to diagnose the specific issue I was having with my system after several others had failed to do so, and when it was time to consider replacement, they came up with options to address the root cause of the problem and fix other minor issues I was having. They are a small, family owned and operated company (not PE owned like many of our local HVAC groups now), and no matter what your job is you will get input from the whole team as needed. Very polite professional team. Extremely time efficient. Planned work with details as.well as informative. I would welcome and recommend Jahkari, Trevor and Jainie time and time again? But because of their work ethic and how my system is working I dont think I will see them again at least for that purpose.

I truly enjoyed my experience working with this company. I can not thank Jakhari Norman enough for his kindness, patience, and knowledge. He took the time to explain and go over every detail with me. Jakhari went above and beyond for me. I can not praise him enough. I will be asking for him by name from here forward. He deserves a raise, for sure.

Duggan”s HVAC handled their business. My old heat pump system died during the recent cold blast. Duggan's Got to my property in 5mins and didn’t even charge me to diagnose the problem. I decided to replace system rather than repair it. One reason is they gave me a fair price. They showed up on time and worked in a timely fashion to get it installed. Very impressed with Duggan's work ethic and professionalism. After the install had a minor mechanical issue. Duggan’s fixed it In record time and treated me as a high priority. These guys took the pain out of the new AC experience. Totally professional, polite, and very respectful of personal property. They came in at around 9AM and by 3PM were gone without a trace. They only thing they left behind was a ton of cold air. Very knowledgeable people and competitive pricing. The quality of the work was outstanding. I highly recommend Duggan's AC.
