We are very pleased with our initial termite treatment and follow up inspection. So far, no signs of termites and we'll keep having them come back for regular inspections. They show up on time and take their time inspecting our property.

I have been a customer for probably a decade or more! However, the service and management have gone downhill considerably. I called to describe that I was unsatisfied with my service and was told that I had not been billed properly by their office manager and must make up for their mistake while also having a porch overrun with large summertime roaches. I have cancelled my service and will find a business who appreciates customer loyalty in a way that they clearly do not.

After the first service, we are very pleased. Our service technician was wonderful.
