Very pleased! I interacted with both with the owner and the repair tech. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to send the tech out the same day and he was able to make the repair right away. I couldn't be more pleased -- definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.
I had a great experience doing business with Duhon's Heating and Cooling. Mr. Wayne Sr. called me and set up a time, and Mr. Wayne Jr. Came by and took care of the problem quickly and gave me a few tips on the best ways to take care of my system. The Duhon's are very polite and down to earth professionals with a lot of experience and knowledge for sure. I can honestly say that I will 100% be going to them for all my Heating and Cooling needs.
Fast, courteous service. Very professional and thorough. Mr. Wayne listens and explained everything. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend Duhon's. Reasonable charges also.
They were very nice and courteous. They came out on the weekend when I was having problems with my air conditioner and fixed it. I would suggest them to anyone they are amazing.
