Tim’s replaced my old generator with a 24Kw generator. They did a top knock job. The installer named Toby was really particular about details in the wiring and the whole job. 5 Stars company.

Brandon installed a new unit today. Wow 22 years old and very very efficient well mannered and excellent job. Perfection. The attention to detail was spot on!!! Tim’s does not disappoint.

Byron is the best technician I have ever encountered for any need. He is super kind and polite. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledge. This allowed me to feel very comfortable as he explained certain things to me. He made the experience of purchasing a new AC super easy and completely stress free. The company was prompt with sending out a technician on the same day as well, which I am super impressed by. I recommend Byron and the company for any AC needs that anyone has.

Byron was an excellent technician. He came to do our regular maintenance and had some very important recommendations for us to upgrade our unit. I agreed to add the float switch especially after we experienced an overflow and we had some floor damage. The surge protector for the outside unit to me was a no brainier especially since we live in South Louisiana with lots of thunderstorms. The shut off box was very old and outdated so that was easy to agree to change. We are always satisfied with the service from Southern Air and Byron has been our technician a number of times. He is very professional, very knowledgeable, and very courteous. Thank you again Byron.

Byron is THE best. He came on short notice, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had us back up and running again in no time. Even though it was early evening and it had been a very long day for him, he took the time to answer my questions about optimum settings for our upstairs unit — which sometimes isn’t needed for weeks at a time— to help keep humidity and mold at bay, enable the unit to efficiently cool down the space once it Is needed, while not causing exorbitant a/c bills. He is knowledgeable and very professional. I will request him as our service tech in the future.
