And Nick, the installer, provided exceptional and timely service; he even went above and beyond to resolve a drainage issue with the HVAC system. Polite, professional, clean, and good clean up when done. Even with our aging system, Dan took time to share how it worked for our particular home (which wasn't set up normally), giving helpful advice and explaining clearly. Would recommend/use again.

We had a call in to lakes plumbing and heating to follow up on a/c installation, they never returned our call after two weeks. Dan came down and gave us an estimate and we had the new a/c up and running by the end of the following week, as promised. They're team is professional and super nice guys. Shout out to Donahue and Hunter and Dan!! Donahue had previously installed our water heater and was top notch then as well. I loved that we kept our business local as well.

We use these guys to help keep our boiler operating at our church. We have had some issues two years in a row. A simple phone call they show up the same morning and got it up and running both times. They have also done work for us on our shop furnace. Equally satisfied with the work done and promptness. 10/2022 We needed to replace our aging boiler system at our home. They gave us what I think was a very fair estimate. Three weeks later we had a new combi boiler. It is our house heat and water heater all in one. It is kind of a complex installation but Dan and his crew nailed it. We couldn’t be happier with it , so far.
