Dulmes Décor Carpet One Floor & Home

I had my whole upstairs remodeled and got new LVP flooring in the kitchen and carpet in the living room and two bedrooms. It all started with me meeting up with Kristen. She was great and helped me decide what kind and brand of floor would be best for me. She showed me a couple different price points of each flooring and told me what was different. She put carpet samples and lvp samples next to each other until we had the right ones for me. She worked with my contractor Todd Thone on installation. I was also able to bring some samples home to help me with paint choices. Next came Randy and Dustin who installed my LVP flooring. Kristin was so helpful in assisting us with choosing the right blinds for bedrooms. She gave thoughtful advice based on our needs for which we were grateful. She took our timeline into careful consideration and did everything she could to ensure that we received our blinds in a timely fashion. When installing the blinds, Quinn, the installer called to let us know that he was running ahead of schedule and asked if it was alright if he came early. He was extremely polite and efficient and was very thorough when explaining how to operate our new blinds. From start to finish, a very pleasant experience!

Dulmes matched the price of one of their competitors and it was actually a little lower. We love our new carpet. Service and installation was wonderful

Everyone that we worked with from Dulmes was very nice, helpful and informative. We dealt with Alissa a number of times helping us make our choices for new kitchen flooring. Bob came to do the measurements and figure out what would be needed for the installer. He was prompt with a response to a phone call question. The installer, whose name I didn't get, was on time, very nice and did a great job.
