Flooring Studio

I bought a spec house where this company installed all the floors, but I was initially quite disappointed with the quality of their work. In the end, Brian and his team returned to fix the mistakes. It's clear they are a customer-focused company and didn't want to leave it like that. I'm grateful for the final results and the support they provided.

They got an estimate for my space quickly and installed a week later. Even took care of some unexpected issues from pet potty accidents that came from the previous renter. Friendly service and upfront about costs. Would recommend!!

Had luxury vinyl flooring put in my small entry closet,hall,into my bathroom.Have 3 complaints as I called boss and told him all but the 1 where contractor took full box of flooring that I paid for!!Had 2 complaints with craftsmanship in bathroom.1st was the hack job done around toilet flange,2nd was how the flooring was put over water supply line coming up through floor.I looked on YouTube and I seen contractor use a round food storage lid 2 make circle cut around toilet flange, 2nd instead of cutting out vertical section of flooring to slide it in place where water supply line came through floor,use a hole saw.Reason contractor didn't do it right way was lack of knowledge and right tools!! Don't recommend anyone to go here as I took my other house needs elsewhere.

The staff at the flooring studio was wonderful to work with. They were honest, on time, and efficient. They did a great job of taking our old carpet and fixing a ripple and repadding a heavily used walkway to make it last even longer. Thank you!

We had all new carpet installed throughout our home about a year ago, and Flooring Studio did an excellent job from start to finish. We were on a really tight timeline due to our home closing, and they were the only place in the Sheboygan area that could get it done within our schedule. The install went smoothly, the quality was great, and the price was very reasonable. Just recently, we had some built-in office cabinets added, which meant we needed a small section of the carpet adjusted. I gave them a call, and within a couple of days, they were back out and took care of it quickly and professionally. Overall, we've been super happy with both the work and the customer service.
