Jonathan was absolutely amazing! He unlocked my car in under 10 minutes and kept me informed the entire time both while he was on his way and when he arrived. His communication was outstanding and truly gave me peace of mind. I was having a very stressful morning, and he completely turned it around and made me feel so much better. I am fully satisfied with his service and highly recommend Jonathan.

I was charged $150 to cut 1 car key without programming. I am the one that provided/bought the key that was cut. The locksmith lied saying that he put a chip inside the key shell to make the car crank but I opened it and there's no chip inside.I also called both Saturday and Sunday to get my key programmed and was told both days that someone would call me to come finish my key no one ever came. Not only was I overcharged but stood up twice when the site says it's a 24 hour business. Literally everything you say is a lie. I have cash app history evidence I can send you, paid to Sebastian. I was even told to buy my own key fob by the locksmith before he came claiming he wanted to save me money. Even the cash app says he put a invisible chip because they require you to write what the payment

I was helped by Juan. He did a great job with addressing the smart lock installation on our iron doors. The only minor issue was the arrival time. Was pushed back roughly 45 min.
