Called and within a couple of hours Justin came out and fixed our gas leak within 30 minutes. He also gave us pictures and video of his work (before and after) which was really cool and made us feel secure in the work he did. Will definitely call again. Called to set up an appointment because we had no heat. Was told to expect the technician between 8am and 12pm. At 8:15sm Nick called to let me know he was on the way and just to make sure I was home. Nick arrived less than 20 minutes later. He introduced himself and in a professional manner began asking questions about what was happening so he could better evaluate what needed to be done or checked. After I explained what was happening he suggested a few things that could be the issue. He explained what and why he was going to be doing these things. I took him to out unit outside under my house and left him there to do his work. I’m pretty sure within 30 minutes Nick had out heat going. He came to me to explain what he had done and what he had found. Simple fix but he went the extra mile

I just had Duncan heat and air. Service my AC unit and the service man was exceptional. He answered all questions I had. And his work was done very well. I am very happy with the service provided. And the service man Justin Kerley was exceptional.
