Duncans Air Conditioning and Heating LLC

I was moving to Belleview from Fort Lauderdale and had to have many things done before I moved into my new home in Belleview. Much to my surprise the A/C turned out to be one of those things. I called Duncans and they were backed up. I don't remember how I ended up speaking to Chad but I explained my situation and he made sure that I had a quality working A/C unit the day I moved in with my 3 kids! The first week a small issue came up and it was taken care of immediately. I highly recommend them and would use them in the future if need be. Thanks Chad and the rest of the team!

Contacted them about installing an Aprilaire media filter. They came out gave me an estimate and work was completed the next day. Great to deal with.

Our air unit quit early evening, so I called Duncan's for an appointment the next day and they set me up a time, and they were very punctual actually a little early . Daniel was very polite and knew exactly what to do. He's a very sharp talented technician, would recommend Dan highly , and Duncan's air. I can not say enough GOOD things about this company. They were referred to us by another A+ industry professional. Duncan's AC truly came through for us in a serious time of need when a previous AC company had done us wrong on a "repair." They went above and beyond and sent a tech out to us to at the end of their day to repair an issue the previous AC company left us with. They quoted us for the replacement that day, got us up and running for the interim, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Supply chain issues held up the start of the install but they kept us in the know regularly. Installation was professional and quick and they have never once batted an eye helping us through the process. They installed two new systems at our home and you truly get what you pay for with them.

I called Bill Duncans AC and spoke with a women on the phone I called because they whee a train dealer which I had. I was told by said women that the new air conditioners where not built as well as as the old ones and since my train was still running I should keep it. I spoke to several people and considering that i have cancer and go to HOuston to get treatment that said it would be prudent to replace my air conditioner. I called for a service call just to make sure and they never showed and they cabcelled it even though I agreed to pay their price. I was given this companies name by a neighbor and they where stunned about what happened they gave me a name of chad duncan who agreed to come out but the women in the office cancelled that appointment without even telling me.
