Duncans Septic Service

I appreciate that Duncan guarantees their work with a 1-year warranty. We ended up having numerous issues with our install and Dale and Scott were quick to come back and fix it under warranty. They really impressed me with their level of customer care. I think Dale does a great job, but his crews quality of work is subpar. I had more than 10+ visits from duncan to fix multiple issues in our septic system. Fortunately he did it all under warranty. But once the warranty period ended we went with a different septic company and they explained what was wrong. The outlet pipe was set at the wrong level and caused the tank to back-up, so Duncan came back, dug it up, and reset the outlet pipe. We had them come out recently to perform a standard pumpout of our septic. Service was great, gentleman was very pleasant - we chatted a bit while he performed his service. I casually mentioned that I didn't know where our tank was and that I should reach out to the County for location. I thanked him for the quick response and we went on with our day. Roughly a week later, I get an envelope in the mail with a copy of a drawing of our septic system & placement!! Wow, what a great surprise! The fact that they went back and checked their records and mailed it to me was just so incredibly appreciated!!! THAT to me is everything! They are now my only go-to septic company....HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys!

If I could give more stars I would. My mom had been using them for years and when she was in hospice care at home the alarm went off, so I called them. The lady on the phone was so nice and helpful. Mr Duncan came out the next day and took care of the problem. He took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me that I didn't know because he usually dealt with my mom. I understand why my mom did business strictly with them! I will definitely continue and I highly recommend! I can't thank them enough!!

Mr. Duncan is a polite, knowledgeable and respectful contractor. He arrives on time, does what he says he will and finishes on time. Company has been around a long time and I consider them extremely trustworthy
