Contracted with Dunklee for a heat pump installation to take advantage of the expiring rebate/tax incentives. Chose them because of a positive previous experience installing two ductless room systems. After contract signing there was no contact until I requested an install date (had to be done by year end). Date was changed at last minute. After install there was no communication for more than a month when I inquired about an invoice (needed for final payment and rebate submission). Received an offensive and confrontational phone call, followed by a hangup. Installation crew was competent and efficient. Office admin staff is friendly and helpful. Sales person Paige has no business doing customer contact.

I had booked a maintenance appointment through Home Depot where I assumed my Mitsubishi unit was purchased. They canceled last minute and were very rude. I then called Duncklee and they were very friendly, much quicker to get me an appointment, and I love that they are a local business. Today Andy came to my house and was lovely. He was great to chat with, thorough in his work, kind to my dog, and also educated me on my AC system. They were more expensive, but worth it. I highly recommend and will definitely be calling them from now on.

My 40+ year old furnace wouldn't heat the house when I started it this fall. Duncklee Cooling & Heating provided a reasonable estimate, and replaced my old furnace with a new Thermo Pride unit. The installation technicians arrived on time and performed a prompt installation. The furnace works great with no issues. Duncklee was great to work with. I would definitely recommend this company for heating and cooling services.

Glen, Dan, Jonathan, & the Duncklee crew altogether were great! Made a service call and they were able to come out next day. Part was needed, they immediately gave me a quote and ordered. Glen was our tech and he made sure we had heat for the start of the weekend! Appreciate all your hard work. Great company and highly recommend!
