Russ is a Master heating and air conditioning technician! He can fix any problem no matter how complicated. His skill level is off the charts! He runs a fair and honest business and the issue is always fixed correctly the first time. I've been working with Russ since he opened Dundee Heating & Air Conditioning back in 2008. He is the only HVAC person I've ever used and the only one I will ever use!

My heating system went out, not only that I had another problem with a leak that landed on my system. He was very busy at the time but made sure he went out of his way to help me till he could get to me and still have heat, also custom-made some vents that I needed. That were bad. Very pleasant when everything was done would I use them again definitely.
