I had a roof leak during the winter and contacted United American Construction Company. From the very beginning, Luis and his partner Tito were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They quickly came out to tarp my roof to prevent further damage and handled the entire insurance claim process for me. Luis, who is also a public adjuster, submitted the claim and worked directly with my insurance company. After some back and forth, my claim was approved, and now I’m scheduled to have my roof, siding, and gutters fully replaced. The best part is that I only have to pay my insurance deductible.
