I had a great experience with Dan and his team. I needed to modify my kitchen cabinets to make room for a dishwasher, and they got the job done efficiently. They even coordinated with an electrician to get the proper outlets installed. They are clearly skilled at what they do! Communicating with Dan was a breeze and I’ll definitely use them again for my future needs. I couldn’t be happier with the results of their work!

Dan and his employees did not disappoint! They were polite and available for discussions on what we wanted to accomplish. They adhered to condo contractor policies, pre decided work and completion schedules, and did a nice job of cleaning up after the work was done. The following work was done: dry wall repairs, primed and painted walls thru out condo. Repaired a bowed vent wall and installed a new vent. Installed grab bars with concrete anchors and stained and installed Oak shoe molding thru out. I would always recommend Dunlap Remodeling and would definitely have them back for other projects.

The team at Dunlap Construction built an addition and did some other home remodeling for our house. The project was completed on-budget and the final work product was amazing. They handled project changes with ease and there was never any question regarding costs or billing. Their care for not only getting the job done but also making sure to be as least disruptive to our day-to-day life was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend them, and we will be using them again ourselves in the future!
